Rebates

Appliance Rebates

Rebates are available to Okanogan PUD customers who purchase qualified energy efficient appliances (refrigerator, hot water tank and clothes washers).  The qualifying appliance must be installed in a location that receives their electrical service from the Okanogan PUD.  The rebate amount varies depending on the type of appliance, from $25 for most and $50 for clothes washers.  A check is mailed directly to the customer once their rebate form is approved.  If you are unsure whether or not your appliance purchase qualifies for the rebate, contact the store where you purchased it or the PUD Conservation staff.

Once you have determined that your purchase qualifies for the rebate, pick up the necessary form at any PUD office, or download and print them here.

Insulation Rebates:

Okanogan County PUD offers an insulation rebate program to customers of the Okanogan County PUD. If you are in need of additional insulation in your home or business, now is a great time to do just that. The amount of the rebate is dependant on several factors. Please contact an insulation contractor and the Okanogan County PUD Energy Services Department for a preliminary inspection. Once that is completed, we can then determine the rebate amount. Insulation is one of the fastest and most cost-effective ways to reduce energy usage.

Completed forms should be returned to the Okanogan County PUD Conservation Department at 1331 2nd Ave N. in Okanogan, or mailed to PO Box 912, Okanogan, WA 98840.
